能够开发和计划菜单

良好的沟通和人际交往能力,组织和提交

CHINESE ORIENTAL CUISINE HEAD CHEF vacancy

Location: Almaty (Kazakhstan)

Type: Chinese Oriental Restaurant

A brand new modern fine dining Chinese restaurant will be opening in the mid 2015 in Almaty and are currently looking for a highly skilled Head Chef to join their team to ensure the restaurant is a success. The restaurant will pride itself on the values of ‘quality, authenticity, modern and taste’ as its key principles to be used to measure their achievements.

Necessary requirements:

·        Eligibility to live and work in Almaty (Kazakhstan)

·        Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and Oriental style dishes

·        Experience as a Chefs role in Chinese Oriental Restaurant

·        Extensive and sound knowledge of Chinese cuisine

·        Be able to develop  and plan the menu

·        Be able to organize the supply of the quality products for the restaurant and the stocks of food

·        Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, organised and committed

·        Be able to work under pressure

·        Be able to work full-time (7 days) and be flexible with working hours
